We hold our safety record in high regard. Safety is our number one goal on each and every project. It is the obligation of all of our employees to be knowledgeable of the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). They are required to implement these rules and regulations in their day-to-day operations. Every employee is required to attend annual seminars keeping them up-to-date with the latest OSHA compliance.
Furthermore, all of our employees have a clear status on their BCRC (Substance Abuse Program) card, with yearly updates. In addition all employees must have an OSHA 10-hour card and attend our new employee orientation program. Field foremen are required to be certified with 30 hours of OSHA training. Our field personnel also engage in random drug testing programs, which plays an important role in a safe work place.
I, Roseann Ivanovich, am pleased to report that we have had no OSHA reportable injuries or lost workdays throughout the past 10 years.
